Each Bedsit Unit is generally available under a short term assured tenancy agreement but on occassion we do have availability to let the rooms as fully equipped self catering holiday accommodation.

Holiday lets are for a minimuim of 1 week, maximuim of 4 weeks. Payment for holiday lets is by cash or cheque with guarantee card. Availablity is normally only known upto 4 weeks in advance.

Short term assured tenancies are for a fixed 6 month period that can be further extended by agreement. Payment for assured tenacies is by monthly bank transfer only.

All lets are fully inclusive of all bills and utilities for a hassle free stay.
