Each Bedsit Unit is available either as a fully equipped self catering holiday let or under a short term assured tenancy agreement.

Holiday lets are for a minimuim of 3 nights while the assured tenancies are for a fixed 6 month period that can be further extended by agreement. All lets are fully inclusive of all bills and utilities for a hassle free stay.

Payment for holiday lets is by cash or cheque with guarantee card.

Payment for assured tenacies is by monthly bank transfer only.

High Season - £45 per room per night
