The upper floors in particular enjoy excellent views of the Up-Helly-Aa procession and galley burning site.

Each Bedroom is actually a full bedsit unit which, in addition to the sleeping facilities, also has a comfortable seating area, television, dvd player, and in some rooms a video player as well. A complimentary wireless broadband connection is provided.

Bedlinen and towels are provided, with holiday guests enjoying a clean set each week.

The Ground Floor bedrooms would best suit the less mobile guest with all essential facilities ready to hand, although there are some steps up to the property from street level.

Ample free on-street parking is available directly outside the property on a quiet residential street.

The Top Floor bedsit comprises two rooms served by it's own private stair from the middle landing.

The large spacious single bedroom is complemented with a seperate sitting room with TV, DVD and Video Player.
